Bicknell Good Start is a
community participation program committed to the
enhancement and expansion of city resources. The
organization, composed of area volunteers, eager to
contribute their time and efforts to provide
improvements and services not otherwise available in our
rural community, is changing the future of Bicknell.
Founded through the Indiana office of the
Great
Lakes Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP), and
instrumented by Mayor Trowbridge along with local
administrative officials, Bicknell Good Start is
facilitating improvements which were targeted through
citizen input.
Recently developed is the Bicknell Good Start website
designed to keep the community involved and informed.
