Farmers Market Rules |

1. The Market Master or appointed person
has the authority to assign Vending spaces, settle disputes
and disqualify venders for any reason(s) as they deem
necessary.
2. Saturday Market hours begin at 8 am
and close at 12 noon. Vendors may start setting up at 7 am
but cannot sell anything until the market officially opens.
The market will be held each Saturday of each month
throughout the summer.
3. Venders must sell only
Farm Fresh Produce of good quality standards at Bicknell
Farmers Market.
4. All baked and processed foods
must be approved by all applicable health agencies.
5. All vendors are responsible for and shall fully comply
with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances
pertaining to their Farm Products, and shall have obtained
all necessary licenses, permits and inspections prior to
selling any farm products at the market, including sales tax
for non-eatables. Fresh produce vendors need no permits or
licenses to sell as long as no one consumes their produce at
their selling table.
6. All Vendors are solely
responsible for their own tables, change, bags, weather and
sun protection devices and, if applicable, a legal produce
scale, and are responsible for removing all personal items,
equipment, vehicles and their trash from the market area by
30 minutes after closing on market day. All Vendors are
solely responsible for all claims, injuries and damages
resulting from their sale of unsound or unsafe goods and/or
their participation in the market. Bicknell Good Start and
the City of Bicknell assume no responsibilities.

Saturday, May 17th and continuing each Saturday until
